Help and Support Process

INVA TRUST & FUND OUTFLOW: Outflow of funds will be governed by the objects of the INVA Trust Deed as extracted from the document – Article 5:

5.1 Reach out to others and assist especially those Artificers, who are economically and socially disadvantaged, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, etc.
5.2 Assist the deserving children of demised Artificers with Education fees, books, uniforms, school bags to augment their educational activity.
5.3 Provide financial support towards the health and welfare of dependents of the sponsoring Artificers.
5.4 Support and assist in the enhancement of soft skills, personality development of Artificers, and for the children of Artificers.
5.5 Organize various activities to enroll willing and capable sponsors for fund raising to increase the reach-out and enhance the effectiveness of INVA Trust.
5.6 The INVA Trust shall be irrevocable and shall be for the benefit of Indian Navy Veteran Artificers.

Please note: VERY IMPORTANT - The information shared with us will be used only for Internal Use and will not be shared with anyone. The Name of the Partner seeking help will be kept confidential forever. It is expected the information is to be true, accurate, and complete as per the questionnaire, which will be verified by the INVA Ambassador Team. If the information found faulty, or incomplete the application may not be considered.


The complete cycle from “Receiving a request for help from PID (Partner In Distress)” to “Final disbursement” and “Accounting” is fully transparent, rule-bound, timely with empathetic in approach. The whole process will take place in SIX STAGES.

Stage-1: Any partner in Distress (PID) may visit the web page https://inexartificers.com/itrust/help_me  and must provide all details as queried on the Website properly and truthfully.

Stage-2: After a successful submittal in Stage-1 appropriate message will be shown on the screen. INVA Outflow team will scrutinize the details and an e-mail will be sent to gather more details, documents, attachments, photos, etc, that are to be sent by e-mail response.

Stage-3: INVA Ambassador team of two will be assigned to visit the Partner in Distress. This 2-member survey team will personally meet the partner in distress with a set of standard queries and documents. In this stage, the PID will be requested to sign the documents physically and provide photocopies of various items as per the SOP which will be informed by the Survey team well in advance.

Stage-4: GB - Action: Survey team will submit their report in physical form as well as scanned documents to the Governing Body. INVA Governing Body (GB) will take up the Case and verify, may speak to the PID if needed. The INVA GB may Recommend the case to the Board of Trustee (BOT) / or reject / or put on hold with reason.

Stage-5: BOT Action: INVA Board of Trustees will decide on the quantum of help and may approve/reject/or put on hold of the recommendation of INVA GB.

Stage-6: The Outflow team will notify the Partner in Distress about the outcome and will do the needful to disburse the fund, collect the receipt, and close the case. All documents will be filed for audit and future action. The identity of the partner in Distress will be kept confidential throughout.

All the stages will be Date&Time stamped and will be fully transparent to the PID, Ambassador, GB, BOT, and Outflow team. Due diligence is mandatory and at the same time quick dispensing of help is paramount.
