Dear Partners, please note that EXAM stands for. EX Artificers Annual Meet. Which is Conducted, every year and is open to Partners and their spouses. This event is organised in any city in India by “ Local Organising Committee” under the direct control and supervision of “ Central Co-ordination Committee” However we have noticed that the Tag EXAM or Mini EXAM is given to any and all events/meeting of respective classes/ or any Region/state also. Which is incorrect. We wish to request all Partners, conducting such Events/Meets, kindly -DO NOT - use the word EXAM, as this may mislead participants to believe it as the Main Event or part of the Main Event of EXAM. Also participants might misunderstand this to be held under the Aegis of Central Co-ordination Committee. Through this note We are informing all Partners that EXAM is held only once a year and all other events/meetings are not part of EXAM. We further request organisers of any such Meet to keep potential Participants well informed about it Thanks. Sant khanna Central Co-ordinator - Ex Artificers Annual Meet.
